1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voice to Text Translator provides:

• Audio recording and transcription services
• AI-powered language translation in 50+ languages
• AI-generated summaries of transcribed content
• Audio file import and share extension functionality
• Export and sharing capabilities (PDF, clipboard, messaging)

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcriptions, and other content you create using the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services (transcription, translation, and summarization).

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party

5. AI-Generated Content

The transcriptions, translations, and summaries generated by the App are produced using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API). While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Transcriptions and translations should not be relied upon for critical, legal, or medical purposes without independent verification
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated results

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Record, transcribe, or process audio without the consent of all parties involved, where required by applicable law
• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its services

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Voice to Text Translator and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our explicit written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Transcriptions or translations will be completely accurate
• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICE TO TEXT TRANSLATOR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voice to Text Translator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
